Prayer, my children, and fasting: these are good for the soul of man. And the
prophet Elijah was just another human being, a "like-minded" man, but by his
prayer and fasting he closed the sky and did not rain on earth for three years
and six months. And then, of course, he prayed again and asked for rain and
God gave rain and the earth sprouted its fruit.
