Saint Gregory the Theologian wasn’t an unim- portant man, living in
some corner, just given to praying. He was a giant of the spirit and gave
himself to God.
If we take into consideration the lives of the saints and especially the life of
saint Gregory, we’ll be mo- tivated to get out of our meanness, narrow
thinking and petty actions.
If you are in a state of humility, you are in no dan- ger. No matter how
much you get blessed by God you won’t get a big head. No matter how many
suf- ferings may come, you won’t grieve, or collapse.
Let us not lull our passions nor cover them up. When a passion emerges let us
see it and resort to Christ to get healed
