Christ can effectively offer the cure and health to a suffering humanity, through the Church, and more specifically, through a person who represents Him and has to be another Christ. This man is the spiritu al guide to whom Church has deputed the authority and power to lead souls up to the cross of Christ, so that he may redeem them with His blood.
The more you humble yourself, the more courage you pluck up, the right courage that is, in order to speak to God and ask Him what you want. God illu- minates you to say what you have to say. The words you speak do not come from your mind or your wis- dom, or as a result of human smartness. They come from God’s illumination.
